AIME 2020 will be hosted virtually by the University of Minnesota August 25-28 2020. We are using Canvas as our virtual platform and all registrants can access it here.
You will use the UMN guest account you created during registration to login. Once logged in, please explore the conference program from the Home page. While you will be able to see the options for the full program on the Home page, you will only have access to the content areas that you have registered for. You will find that all presentations in the program are linked to dedicated pages with the paper, presentation slides, and a discussion board. We encourage you to visit these pages and engage with the paper authors before and during the conference. All authors will be monitoring the discussion board dedicated to their paper and responding to questions and comments. Additionally, there is a poster lobby that organizes all posters together (for those registrants with access to the main conference). We have two dedicated poster sessions during the main conference days (Thursday August 27th and Friday August 28th) when poster presenters will be available to chat in real time. Feel free to visit these posters at any time and leave feedback and comments on the discussion board.
All of the sessions except the Doctoral Consortium will be run as a Zoom meeting or webinar. The Doctoral Consortium is hosted as a BlueJeans meeting. Please use the links in the program to join the appropriate meeting for a given session.
